To sign up for a free trial subscription:

1.       To get started, we assist you with  one of the following:

·         Go to http://crm.dynamics.com.

                                                               i.      Verify the country or region of your customer organization’s billing address.  If you are asked, select the correct country.

                                                             ii.      Verify that you are in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Web site that corresponds to the country of your customer’s organization, and then click Free Trial.

·   If you have received an e-mail with the customer’s invitation, click the link.

2.       Sign in with a Windows Live ID.

3.       Read and accept the Terms of Service.
Important:   By signing up on behalf of your customer, you are acting as their agent.  Your customer will also have to read and agree to the Terms of Service as part of accepting the invitation to use the service.

4.       Enter your customer’s organization name.

5.       If needed, click Change base currency to set the correct currency for viewing reports. 

Important: After you click Finish in the next step, the organization name and base currency of your customer’s subscription of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online are final and cannot be changed.

6.       Complete the sign up.

Your customer is now set up with a free trial subscription of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online. You can customize your customer’s subscription to meet their unique needs.

Within a few minutes of completing the sign up, you will be notified by e-mail that the Microsoft Dynamics CRM online trial subscription is ready.  You will also receive e-mail messages designed to help new organizations during the first 30 days of their subscription.  Forward these e-mail messages to your customer.
